Happy birthday to me! - Buon compleanno a me!!!
Da oggi posso dire d'essere ufficialmente una 21-enne. Se caso mai mi voleste fare un regalo sappiate che voglio Mr.Gandy in mutanda bianca, con tanto di fiocco light blue, sotto casa mia (perché sono i dettagli che contano); e anche se ora piove, non importa!!!
Ma ora passiamo a cose molto più serie ed interessanti... parliamo di lui... David, ovviamente!!!

If ever the case I would like to make a gift to know that I Mr.Gandy pant in white, complete with a light blue ribbon, in my house (because it's the details that matter), and although now it's raining, it does not matter! But now we move on to things more serious and interesting ... we talk about him ... David, of course!

A sleepless night last Tuesday led me to turning on the television to relieve the boredom at 3am. My timing couldn't have been more perfect, to witness a rather historic moment. After 69 days entombed in a rock fall, the first miners were being freed one by one, a moment in history, as we have never seen (and hopefully will never have to see again), these brave men rising 2,015ft out of the earth in the bullet shaped capsule - all rather surreal. The determination of those men and especially the drilling experts from America really has captured and transfixed the world. One of the best parts for me though, was the first words the second miner asked his wife as he embraced her: "how is the dog?", with a cheeky smile on his face - brilliant!

I think I may rather annoy people with my ambitions and hopes. I never seem to be able to sit still and constantly want to change and improve things. But after a few weeks pondering and researching in the little spare time I have, I realised something. I had to go back to a Jaguar XK. I've chosen a specification that somehow looks better than the last. People have literally stopped me and asked me what car it is. I've even gone for the lower powered version (don't tell my guy friends!). I seem to be making any excuse to go for a drive - 50 yards down the road to get some milk maybe be going a little too far (or less, in this case). Just one thing - I need a name for her! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Model David Gandy Is Too Shy To Talk To Women

There’s really no getting around the fact that model David Gandyis a good looking guy. He is professionally attractive, after all. But for all his meticulously cultivated facial hair, natural good looks and a stomach that looks like a supple leather bag full of warm stones, the model just can’t talk to women.
“As a child I was pretty shy, and I’m not sure you ever lose that,” Gandy toldThe Sunday Telegraph. “It’s only in the last couple of years that I’ve been confident enough to go up and talk to a girl.”
In the last couple of years, the Scottish stunner has landed some substantial campaigns. He’s the almost permanent face of Dolce and Gabbana’s Light Blue fragrance, and last year Forbes ranked him the world’s most successful male model.
And maybe that’s because the tide is rolling out on super skinny male models. Gandy says just a few years ago, there wasn’t that much room in the industry (or in its clothes) for men who look like men.
“Very early on I went to a casting for Dior and they asked me to try on a suit. I couldn’t even get one leg into the trousers, let alone put the jacket on,” he said. “All the models were standing round going, ‘Hey, who’s the big guy?’ There was quite an unpleasant atmosphere there, quite intimidating. I remember thinking, ‘Are these guys appealing?’ They certainly weren’t appealing to me.”
Meanwhile, we’re hard-pressed to think of someone, male or female, gay or straight, who wouldn’t find Gandy appealing. If this guy can’t get a date, what hope is there for the rest of us?
